"Connecting Lives" is a Missionary Project of an Evangelical nature that pretend to be developed in the archipelago of Cape Verde. We are the Duarte's, a family of four. We believe that God still calls,enables and commissions His people today to act according to His will, authority and power. 
"Connecting Lives" is a missionary project integrated on the Missions Department of The Convention of Assemblies of God in Portugal. This project was born in the "heart" of God listening the cry and necessity of the Church in Cape Verde.

We are a family that since the beginning got used to to God's work according to His will. We studied in the Biblical Institute to serve the Lord wherever He send us. So far our journey has been in side of the Portuguese borders but we all feel that's time to break those borders and move forward beyond. 
The God's calling has been specific in our lives. Is for His will that our lives has been guided here. 
We have felt this calling from God and our wish is TO GO. We don't have any governmental support, we trust God to move and touch the heart of the people that are called by His name to embrace this project and to became One with us, with financial support, prayers and intercessions. 
We know God wishes His word to reach all people, races and cultures so here we are with this project of extreme significance, not only for the urgency of reach further but for the needs of this country.
